Coronavirus Guidelines - Rule of Six

New measures to try and restrict the spread of coronavirus have been announced and come into force today.
Groups must not exceed six people anywhere on the Club's premises and they must be socially distanced from all other groups. Also, there must not be any movement between different groups.
We all have the responsibility in making sure that we continue to remain vigilant, maintain social distancing and adhere to the law in relation to group sizes.
We thank you all for your continued co-operation and understanding and remember;-
WASH HANDS - keep washing regularly
COVER FACE - wear a face covering in enclosed spaces
MAKE SPACE - observe social distancing guidelines

Face Masks

Like it became mandatory to wear a face mask in retail outlets from 24th July e.g. the Professional's Shop, it has also now become mandatory to wear a face mask in indoor public areas and this includes the clubhouse.

As a result, we ask all members to adhere to this aspect of entering the lounge and/or dining area with immediate effect. Of course, once seated at a table inside the clubhouse to eat and/or drink, it is then permissable to remove your mask.

In view of the current environment, we believe that most people will have their own mask but should that not be the case, or if you do not have it with you, we have a supply for sale at a cost of £1.00 per mask.

As stated in last week's newsletter, coronavirus has not gone away and therefore we ask everyone to respect this new requirement in a bid to restrict the spread of this dreadful virus.

Seniors Open - 5th August 2020

The organisers – Charlie Singh and Andy Evans – would like to thank all those that contributed to a very successful day including participants, volunteer helpers and staff in the Professional’s Shop, Halfway Hut, Kitchen, Bar, Office and the Greens Staff. It appears that a great day was had by all.
